If you are someone who values the importance of time, I would never recommend this place. I came in for a neurology appointment scheduled for 1pm and I didn’t see the doctor until nearly 5pm. After 2 and half hours waiting I began to get agitated and inquired what was the reason for scheduling appointments if patients were not going to be seen in a timely manner. The receptionist then explained their boss (administrators) have them fill in every hour with as many patients regardless if the doctor is available to see patients for the time scheduled. To top that off the ONLY doctor for the day came in late which pushed back patients for the day. Moreover, they even have notices on their walls stating “overbooking is allowed”. I have attached a picture for your awareness. Overall I noticed and understood the lack of care for patients time so be prepared to sit in a waiting area for 3 plus hours before actually seeing the doctor. I for certain will never return nor recommend this facility to anyone I care about!!! FYI, this is for the neurology side. Idk how the other areas are but if they are all ran by the same administrators, then you can already assume.

I had a Follow up appointment at 1pm. For lab results. With Dr Jean. 1:50pm comes around and I still haven’t been triage. I come to the front desk to ask when will I be seen?(since I had mentioned to the person I booked with that I had to leave by 2pm to pick up my kids. And said it should be a quick visit) the front desk then tells me the Dr is on LUNCH. So you mean to tell me, I’ve been sitting here for almost a hour thru her lunch? … okay so then I said. I need to get my child. Will she still see me if I come back. They checked with her and she said yes. I left at 1:55pm and came back to the facility by 2:30pm. Cool. I let the staff know I am back and they told the Dr. I take a sit and now by 2:50pm I was being triage. Cool. Then 3:30pm comes around. Still haven’t been called. And the Dr is walking around with no urgency to see the pts. So at this point I leave because now I am just upset. It’s literally lab results. I am now at home. The practice now calls me at 4:40pm talking about the Dr is now ready to see me. I do not recommend this practice at all. This was the second time I waited so long to see a Dr at this location. And you mean to tell me that not only did I have to wait for her thru her lunch , but expect me to wait almost 4 hours from a 1pm appt to get my lab results ? Yeah, okay. I will never come back to this practice. Ever!
