I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. I was spoken to rudely and even yelled at over the phone, despite remaining calm and polite throughout the conversation. Customer service is extremely important, and interactions like this can really hurt a business. I hope management addresses this issue, as no customer should be treated this way.

Front desk is extremely rude unprofessional and will just brush you off for they don’t have to do the work been coming here for over 15 years and the front desk has been nothing but rude ignorant and no help at all. The way they talk to people that just need help is beyond pathetic I don’t even know if they have the knowledge or capability of working there. If it’s only turbo emergency, they were just sent you to their supervisor and she still won’t answer
