I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. I was told by the front desk that my daughter would be next, but then another patient was taken in before us. When I politely asked again about the wait, the receptionist seemed irritated and said she “didn’t know.” I explained that my daughter was very sick and had a high fever, but the response I got was “everyone is sick.” I understand clinics can be busy, but a little empathy and better communication would go a long way, especially when parents are worried about their sick children.
