Lexington ENT & Allergy: Alexa Lessow, MD

from diagnosis of a deviated septum, to treatment, to surgery, and now to my recovery dr. lessow was professional, helpful, and friendly. she explained in an easy to understand way what was wrong with me, my options for treatment, and eventually what the surgery and recovery process. staff was also friendly and helpful, the trains made me late for two appointments, and they were easy and flexible about it. going here has changed my life for the better in a way that i cannot put into words.

This was my initial review: Dr. Lessow was a delight. I was seen in timely fashion which is rare, the staff were friendly and professional, and Dr. Lessow was just perfect. She explained everything without talking down to me and answered all my questions. Highly recommend. Sadly I have to amend my review. After deciding to have her perform some minor surgery for me, everything went downhill from there, resulting in MAJOR inconvenience to me and a huge waste of my time and sanity. The staff basically dumped me after giving incorrect information. You can definitely do better than this office!!!
