Great staff and almost no wait time! Highly recommended! Was impressed with the friendly, helpful and efficient staff when I checked in and the kindness and expertise of my ultrasound tech. I had two tests back to back and assumed I’d have a wait - but only waited less than 5 min. total, it was very smooth and well organized. I also happened to observe another patient having a very positive experience with the helpful staff. He stopped by the front desk and asked to speak to a team member’s manager - to compliment them! He proceeded to share wonderful complementary feedback on how far the employee had gone to help him sort something out, and how much their dedication to help meant for him. The employee, her manager, others on the team and a few of us patients happened to hear - a few of us broke out into applause as it was awesome and worth celebrating. This kind of positive experience is not that common in medical care in NYC -so I wanted to share the positive review for Lenox Hill and say keep up the good work! Thanks for your kindness and quality of care for your patients.
