I would not recommend this dental office due to the extremely long waiting times without proper explanation. Patients’ time should be respected, and visiting a doctor’s office should not require waiting for hours unnecessarily. I also felt that the office focused more on recommending expensive procedures rather than carefully listening to the patient’s concerns and preferences. In my experience, it seemed like they encouraged multiple visits and treatments that may not always be necessary. Overall, the customer experience was disappointing.

Dr. Cinquemani is the best dentist I've ever had. He is personable, funny, and extremely professional. I cant thank him and the two ladies who work in the front enough for making me feel so comfortable during appointments. I've never enjoyed going to the dentist but now I do.. because I know that this is a team who truly cares about everyone who walks through the door.
