I had such a great experience at Lucid Dermatology, especially with Mira! She gave me an amazing facial. My skin just felt instantly refreshed, hydrated, and noticeably smoother afterward. What I appreciated most was how knowledgeable and thoughtful she was. She really took the time to assess my skin and explain what was going on with my skin barrier in a way that actually made sense to me. Mira didn’t just focus on the facial itself, she also gave me personalized recommendations for maintaining and improving my skin long term, which I found super helpful. I’m definitely looking forward to going back and continuing my skincare journey with her. Thanks Mira and Lucid Dermatology!

0 STARS - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND This was my first visit taking my mom as a new patient at Lucid Dermatology, and unfortunately it will also be her last. While the wait time was short, that was the only positive part of the visit. A staff member named Bristy took her into the room and completely rushed her appointment. She did not allow my mom to properly explain her concerns and made it very clear she was trying to move as quickly as possible to get her out of the office so they could stay less busy. She felt dismissed and unheard the entire time. During acne extractions, She specifically told her not to touch one particular pimple because She scar very easily. She ignored my request and did it anyway, telling my mom she “knew what she was doing.” That was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially when a patient clearly sets a boundary about their own skin. The provider Sana, themselves was somewhat informative, but the visit felt more like a sales pitch than a medical appointment. There was excessive promotion of their own face wash and products, which made the experience feel uncomfortable and pushy. Overall, this did not feel like a medical dermatologist visit at all. It felt more like walking into a self-promoting esthetician’s office or a retail store, not a doctor’s office. She left feeling rushed, disrespected, and more like a customer than a patient. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Lucid Dermatology to anyone looking for professional, patient-centered dermatologic care.
