Ignore the Booking option because they do too. Booked an appointment early in the morning; the doctor isn’t in. Fine. Can’t control that. Asked if I could move the appointment to a later time same day instead of waiting in the clinic since they had no ETA of the doctor’s arrival. They wouldn’t and even confirmed they still prioritize walk ins over booked appointments, and that the booking is a new system they still don’t know how to work. If you’re not ready to implement a system, don’t offer it. People don’t come here for fun. We’re already feeling pretty bad enough to be not only disregarded but also for our time to not be considered. Should’ve paid more attention to the bad reviews. Sometimes convenience is really not the best option!

New provider Dr. Lerebours-Onate was great! She thoughtfully listened to my concerns and proposed a treatment path that balanced more functional medicine/low intervention approaches as well as pharmaceutical options. I really appreciated that she considered a range of options. I felt very cared for and she was efficient without making me feel rushed. Great bedside manner.
