Everybody in the East side location is fantastic. Megan gets pre-authorizations done quickly and is always happy. Ms Sarah and Ms Addie are great nurses that make you feel really comfortable while doing the Esketamine treatments. I've never been to a doctor's office that has such great people with good attitudes and disposition. Ms Jen has a great staff and I thank them all for how much they've helped me.

Very disappointed. After a very friendly initial consultation where I was promised I would be contacted for a full description of the available treatments, and my insurance coverage, neither Jennifer H nor anyone in the office called me back. I had to call to ask for a status. When I called, I found out that the answers were available, but nobody bothered to follow-up with me. I was told Jennifer would call me back. Never happened. It is already hard enough for patients to walk into the office. It makes me wonder if some patients have already resolved their own problems. I can't trust someone with my care if I can't even get a call back.
