I was seen by Viktoriya, who explained in detail what I needed to get, why I needed to get it and other illnesses I should be aware of when travelling. She even followed up to make sure I got my pending vaccines from my primary care doctor and sorted out getting my insurance claim for me. It was a heartening experience to consult Dr. Khaitov. He gave very sound and practical advice on our full travel health needs and took care of all necessary prophylaxis very efficiently. I am a retired physician myself who is totally dismayed by the increasing depersonalization of health care.
