This place is a complete joke. They make you wait up to an HOUR just to see the dentist, even if you have an appointment. What’s the point of scheduling if they’re going to waste your time like that? It’s obvious they overbook and don’t care at all about their patients’ schedules. The staff is lazy and unorganized, and no one bothers to update you on the wait time. You just sit there like an idiot while they do God knows what in the back. And good luck even getting an appointment—they make you schedule TWO WEEKS in advance, and that’s if you’re lucky. Clearly, they don’t know how to manage a schedule, or they just don’t care. Either way, it’s ridiculous. If you want to be treated like an inconvenience and have your time completely disrespected, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values its patients.

Absolutely Disgusting Excuse for a Dental Office – Avoid This Nightmare! This place is a complete disgrace. The receptionist is the rudest, most incompetent person I’ve ever dealt with—lazy, unprofessional, and clearly miserable at her job. She acted like doing the bare minimum was a personal favor, and God forbid you ask her to do anything that resembles work. Her nasty attitude alone is enough to make you walk out the door. As for the dentist, what an absolute joke. Not only did they refuse to give me MY dental records—which is ILLEGAL and downright shady—but they acted like they were above the law. Clearly, they have something to hide. I had to file a complaint with my insurance just to get what legally belongs to me. It’s beyond pathetic. This office is a disaster from top to bottom—horrible service, shady practices, and a staff that couldn’t care less about their patients. If you want to be disrespected, lied to, and treated like garbage, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and avoid this dump like the plague.
