From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was great—friendly, efficient, and made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Yoon is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to truly listen to your concerns. What stood out most to me was how thoroughly he explains everything—he doesn’t rush you and makes sure you fully understand your condition and treatment plan. His bedside manner is outstanding, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. After starting treatment, I’ve already noticed a significant improvement in my symptoms, which speaks volumes about his expertise. If you’re looking for a gastroenterologist who is compassionate, thorough, and highly skilled, I highly recommend Dr. Yoon.

Dr. Yoon is kind, caring and attentive during each visit. He has discussed my case with me in detail, outlining various options and steps - this allows to better coordinate care across various specialists as well. His staff is kind and prompt with assisting with any questions or scheduling. Their billing department is reachable, and helpful explaining insurance explanation of benefits further. Although I’ve primarily consolidated my care across one health system, I will keep seeing Dr. Yoon due to the excellent care.
