I can honestly say I use to love going to this dentist up until I realized a major issue with my tooth wasn't being taking care of. My same crown came out about 3 different times and it was just being glued back in without checking my insurance or letting me know other options to fix it. When I asked if I would need a surgical procedure or anything the 3rd time of me getting my crown glued back in I was told what can be done, but he wasn't sure if my insurance would cover. I was kinda upset because why wouldn't I be told this from the beginning instead of him continuing to put a bandage over the real issue. They are great with fillings, cleanings etc. Just not fixing major problems. Staff is very friendly and kind. I wish I could've stayed with them. Fast forward to today, I went to get a second opinion from another dentist and I had to get the tooth removed and a bone grafting done as I was losing bone in that area of my gums. They told me right away what I needed and checked my insurance giving me the option on what I wanted to do if my insurance didn't cover.
