Doctor Khan is an excellent physician. He is a very nice person and he is professional. I'm giving a 3 star review however because of his staff. His staff is very rude specially a Hispanic lady in the front. I had a doctor's appointment and I had been waiting for more than 2 hours for my turn. I saw the receptionist let someone inside to see the doctor; someone who had arrived way after me. I got up and asked her respectfully how many ppl were ahead of me and told her I had noticed someone had gone inside the doctor before me. She got upset and she told me she couldn't help me because according to her she was doing something important. So seriously? Is that the kind of attitude you give a patient?. She even told her co-worker to check the list because according to her I was making a problem. I won't be going back. I'm looking for a new provider. This isn't the first time I go through a situation like this and this isn't the first time I see the staff being rude to other people. Once I even saw an older lady standing with difficulty on her walker and as she approached the receptionist (same Hispanic lady as above); she didn't even want to look at her for more than 5 minutes. This isn't the way to treat patients.
