What a great experience! By far the best dentist and dental experience I've had. From the beginning, the receptionist and dental assistants were so friendly and nice. I was greeted with cupcakes, how nice! :D You had me from the start. And Dr.Karmel has serious skills, I could see it in the way he worked on my very sick tooth. I absolutely loved how he is so informative and knowledgeable! He explained everything step by step, thoroughly. He asked questions and made sure to leave none of my question unanswered. He was also adament about keeping me comfortable during the procedure. It's great when you know your dentist wants to relieve your pain just as badly as you do. Would highly recommend.
