I was with this clinic for over 10 year. Love Dr. Landsburg. The staff is uncaring and nonchalant. l reschedule twice and missed one appt, I was told i counldnt have any more appt's, i could only come in by checking on a daily basis, if there were any cancellations. I had never been told this in all 10 years, and l am on glucoma drops, requiring checks ups every 3 months. Reception wouldn't even connect me to the office manager. 'l"ve always thought them rude, but this, really showed their true colors. Thankfully i found another doctor
