Karen has been with me through one of the hardest times of my life and I'm genuinely grateful. Like actually grateful, not just saying that. She shows up. That alone honestly did more healing for me than I was expecting. She checked in on her days off. Remembered stuff I said weeks/months later that I'd already forgotten I even told her. Never made me feel like I was too much (which if you know me is saying a lot). I came to her pretty exhausted. Kind of at a loss. And slowly I started seeing things I'd been avoiding for years. Like how much I over give trying to hold onto people and what it was costing me. She never pushed me there either, it just kind of came out over time. She's honest with you but it doesn't feel too harsh. That's hard to do and not everybody can. I still have work to do. But I'm not where I was and she's a big part of why.
