The one star is for your pharmacy technician with red hair. She is such a delight. So caring, authentic, and goes above-and-beyond. Y’all need more like her. The rest of the techs - wow. It takes my breath away how cold they are. I arrived to pickup a prescription today that my doctor called in this AM as an emergency. They told me it wasn’t ready yet. I did not mind waiting so I asked if they could mark me as “waiting” so I could be called once it was filled. And the woman said “I don’t care where you wait. It’s going to take an hour regardless.” She was so nasty. I’m permanently switching pharmacies moving forward.

Even when the space feels cramped and the shelves are packed, the customer service adds a welcoming touch. Overall, this CVS is best for convenience rather than bargains. It may not be the ideal place for a large shopping trip, but for quick pickups in a central location, it gets the job done. Friendly staff and accessibility are its strongest points, even if the small size and higher prices keep it from being a top-tier shopping experience.
