This clinic is inconsiderate and unprofessional when it comes about the patient’s need. The clinic is located in a place where there is the Dominican community and with mostly chronic illnesses. One is not able to call for emergencies cause they do not pick up the phone, you cannot call to put in a request for the medication one is taking cause the doctors only work on Tuesdays and the staff does not communicate with each other regarding patients. It’s really disturbing how the staff deal with the patients because they don’t hold themselves accountable for anything nor they don’t try to accommodate the patients needs. That could be a grandmother , grandfather, an elderly that is related to someone. Unfortunately I would have to change my primary care cause she is a good doctor but the medical staff , they’re horrendous, in humane and unprofessional. Word of advice for the medical staff if you hate your job leave it for someone who has compassion and who is truly committed in helping patients. You are doing a deservice to humanity. It’s enough that we are dealing with the pandemic...
