Dr. Hinson is a rare find - she's intuitive, patient and takes a thorough history. She was able to take jigsaw pieces and put together the puzzle! It was such a relief to finally have an answer. Kind and empathetic doctor. I feel blessed. The staff and other docs I've seen have all been great. I agree communications can be frustrating at times - there's no way to call directly. That may have changed since the move. Nevertheless, it's a minor point compared to 15 min robo appts at corporate/private equity owned medical places (no doubt docs hate that system too). I have 'white coat syndrome' and usually get anxiety at the thought of making a Dr appt - no problem here just good vibes.

I saw Dr. Hinson after being misdiagnosed. She was thorough, caring and answered all of my questions regarding treatment options vs doing nothing, as I was breastfeeding and was concerned about taking medication. She put my mind at ease and explained what was in my power to make a difference as far as diet and lifestyle- very rare in a physician these days. I would highly recommend her, but will also repeat what I've also seen about the staff being unprofessional and rude. The gentleman who drew my blood was very dismissive and had to stick me multiple times because he did not trust me about my 'good vein'- first time anyone has ignored that as any help to get the job done quickly and well has been welcomed.
