This company is a SCAM, taking advantage of black people. When there last week,got there for 10:00am, an appointment which was given to me. I was referred to by my dentist. Before I went i sent my insurance number to make sure, along with the referral and exray. They told me yes they take it and to come in on Saturday morning. These ppl kept me waiting in the dentist's chair for 3hour, then when they notice that I was getting uneasy, they told me they are waiting to hear from the insurance. By 1:30 they told me the insurance is only paying for the extraction. So I said ok, do the extraction that what I came for. He said no, I have to do both. By that time am in pain, he began to show me this process and saying that it is very technical and can cause bleeding and blood clog , because of my age and that is why they can do it within the tooth graft. However. He stat that he had a payment plant. Later he told me that it is $6000.00. On Monday, I got a call from my insurance telling me that, just finished reviewing my case and I can procee to extra the tooth. I told them that the dentist has already removed the tooth. So this is what they do, they led to me and said they were authorized to extract the tooth. Again be careful of these ppl they are Scamers and taking advantage on the carribbean company. Just ready the report and see. I really want to make the ppl in the community beware of his. Help me in sharing this onfb. Instagram and YouTube. My appointment was scheduled for 10 AM as an emergency visit because I am dealing with excruciating tooth pain and needed answers regarding a possible root canal. I arrived on time, they took X-rays twice using my insurance, and then placed me in a room where I sat waiting for nearly three hours with absolutely no communication. No one came to explain the delay, ask if I was okay, or even acknowledge that I was in pain. I repeatedly tried speaking up and getting someone’s attention, but staff members would walk away or ignore me as if they couldn’t hear me. What made the experience even worse was hearing other patients come in complaining about root canals not being done properly. That honestly deterred me from even wanting to continue treatment there because it raised concerns about the quality of care being provided. I took time off specifically to get this issue checked out because the pain has been unbearable, and after sitting there for hours, I still was not properly seen or helped. The lack of communication, urgency, professionalism, and compassion was extremely disappointing. I was hit with responses like my insurance is waiting to be approved but how were they able to take my X-rays without being approved??? I understand offices can get busy, but no patient in severe pain should be ignored for hours without updates or basic care. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience at all, and I would not recommend this office.
