Dr. Palma is a nice enough guy, but the follow up and delivery of results following endoscopy was pretty shabby unimpressive. Results from my endoscopy sat on his desk for at least three days before I could reach him to get any results, and only then from me calling him. His indifference to the follow up test and procedures I would require was highly disappointing. He talks a good show when you meet him, but the follow up is subpar.

I would like to send a huge thank you to Ashley who was very patient, professional and just overall, a nice person. She helped me with my scheduling issues without making me feel like a burden. And I want to also thank Dolly who was very nice and welcoming. We had a few laughs while she made my appointments. These two ladies were definitely the highlight of my visit.
