This is a LONG over due review but I am grateful to this day for Dr Metzl. He and his office stuck by me through my 2023 NYC marathon prep and a spectrum of health issues. They were attentive, kind, and available. Without Dr Metzl I would not have run my marathon and I would still be battling chronic injuries. His team even worked with me to make treatments possible despite a limited post doc salary. I owe them my ability to run today, and I still think of them!

Dr. Metzl is amazing! I saw him while recovering from a stress fracture, and he struck the perfect balance between being realistic about my recovery and keeping me optimistic about my return to running. He was always kind, encouraging, and patient with all my questions. I also really appreciated that he gave me may tips to heal well and help prevent injuries in the future. I always left my appointments feeling supported and more confident in my recovery.
