5 stars plus, from reception area to the staff and doctor Stern himself. I was called by the assistant to the examination room at exactly my appointment time - that was a first in my experience. The PA was very thorough and professional, asking relevant questions and answering mine. Than Dr. Stern came in and patiently explained the procedure that he will be performing, including drawings, answering my questions along the way. I knew about his impecable credentials by doing research but meeting him in person, seeing his confidence and professionalism, I knew that I made excellent choice and I am in good hands. I would highly recommend Dr. Stern and his team as well as NYP hospital, best of the best!
