Doctor Shi and his team are excellent. I am so blessed to have them . I am with my own teethes only because of them. No one is extracted. He spend time to explain everything. His work is excellent. He use very morden technology and materials. He is honest. He save my teethes to correct my previous dentist work. I had a great experience with Centre Dental and Dr. John Shi. I initially came in to have two crowns done, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Dr. Shi uses very modern, up-to-date equipment, and the crown was completed during the same appointment, which was extremely convenient. During the treatment, Dr. Shi also carefully checked my teeth and identified a few cavities that needed attention. What I really appreciated was that he took the time to explain everything and show me the issues instead of just proceeding blindly with treatment. That level of transparency made me feel much more comfortable and confident about the work being done. The work was done very well, and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointments.
