I don't understand these positive reviews. Dr. Mechanick was unkind and uncaring. He was unavailable by phone when I had questions about the medication he prescribed. He didn't seem interested in my history or in anything I had to say. I advise anyone who is considering this doctor to do their research and be careful. I should have known, since when I went for my first visit, there was a patient crying in the waiting room!

I could not be happier that I have found Dr. Mechanik. I am a diabetic with heart disease and under his care I am so much better than I was. He is professional, kind and caring. He listens and works with you. I have gone to a couple of endocrinologists but never returned. I would highly recommend Dr. M to anyone in need of a good endo.
