I’ve been a patient at this office for around 4 years, and unfortunately, the front desk receptionists are by far the rudest people I have ever dealt with during my time seeing Dr. Paley. Every time I call, they sound as if responding to my inquiries is the most difficult task imaginable—almost as if it’s not their job to answer calls at a doctor’s office As someone who works with customers both face-to-face and over the phone every day, I can’t imagine behaving or sounding the way these women do. It’s incredibly disappointing, and it negatively impacts my overall experience at this office. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their customer service, as it’s a shame that the poor treatment at the front desk overshadows the otherwise decent medical care.
