I am absolutely furious about my experience at this so-called "dental clinic" for wisdom teeth extraction. Let me lay it out for you: I provided all of my insurance information over the phone when I made the appointment. I show up on time, only to be kept waiting for an hour because apparently, they couldn't keep track of the information I already provided. Then, after enduring the routine exam, what do they tell me? "Go home, we'll call you with the copayment details." Guess what? That call never came. Not a peep from them for a whopping four months! But oh, it doesn't end there. Just when I thought their incompetence couldn't get any worse, I get a call from some incredibly rude person at the front desk. Apparently, they suddenly remember I exist and decide to schedule my teeth extraction for this Sunday. How considerate of them to inform me on a Tuesday, giving me a grand total of four days' notice after disappearing for four months. Let's not mince words here: the way this place operates is downright disrespectful. They treat patients like ignorant children, assuming we have nothing better to do than jump at their beck and call whenever they decide to remember our existence. It's beyond rude—it's a complete lack of manners and basic professionalism.
