Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment, saw the doctor, and completed the examination. After the visit, I was supposed to receive my glasses, but the staff refused to help because it was 6:00 PM and the office was closing. Instead of completing the service I had already waited for, they told me to come back another day. If the office knows it cannot finish serving patients close to closing time, that should be communicated in advance. It is frustrating and disrespectful to patients' time to make them go through the entire visit and then send them away without the glasses they came for. Customer service and professionalism were lacking, and the experience left a very negative impression. I would not recommend this office based on how they treated us. The staff seemed more concerned with leaving on time than providing proper patient care or customer service. The entire experience felt unprofessional, dismissive, and frustrating. I left feeling disrespected and inconvenienced. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for eye care if you expect professionalism and basic courtesy.
