This place is a total scam . I went in for wisdom Tooth extraction with my insurance , one nurse came to me saying how my insurance doesn't cover the entire cost but that I need this extra treatment of collagen and the cost is $1250. I didn't have a choice because I didn't know what it was. The dentist himself as crooked as he is came in and try to convince me to remove 2 wisdom so they can charge me 2500 extra fee and charge my insurance. After the procedure I call Healthfirst and I was told that extra treatment was not necessary and it was a choice that's why they don't cover . I Check online the cost for that treatment called D7922 is 100-250 the most because it's just a cotton pad added not a surgery . I was charged 1250 for something most dental office charge 250 max for. On top of that they charge my card credit 1500 instead of 1250 and I had to argue that too. Please don't go to this place and make sure u research every treatment they are offering u before u pay out of pocket . The nurses are professionally trained to lie and get patients To sign for things at a higher price. I do not recommend this place at all it was my first time and I will never return . They need 0 star . A bunch of thieves . That dental code D7922 cost is not $1250 and they keep saying that is their fee. They are literally ripping off patients... I have asked to explain to me what make their prices so high they are not able that saying that's our price . Please be aware of this place and they pricing to extort patients. How a patient sign for 1250 and u make a mistake of entering number and put 1500 ? It does not make any sense. They are scam and need to be investigated for their exaggerated pricing

I don't usually leave reviews, so the fact that I am writing this says a lot about how disappointed I feel. I decided to try this dental office because the ratings looked decent, and I was looking for a new dentist after having poor experiences at my old dentist. I can't believe I'm saying this but I genuinely regret ever switching and trying this place out. The biggest issue with this place is clearly management. Whoever is handling scheduling and bookings is doing a terrible job, because this office is either overbooking patients or accepting far more appointments than they can actually handle. The result is that people are left waiting an unreasonable amount of time, even when they booked in advance and arrived on time (The reviews that share this experience are not exaggerating, it really is that bad) The first time I came here, I waited almost two hours just to get an X-ray that lasted about three or four minutes. And after all that waiting, I was then told that my insurance was out of network and had a consultation that lasted like 2 minutes, like others have mentioned, why couldn't I have been told that in advance prior to wasting 2 hours of my day? Genuinely unbelievable. I then tried giving this place another chance because I thought maybe the first experience was just a bad day. It was not. The second visit was the same exact story. Long wait, rushed service, and other patients were clearly dealing with the same thing. So no, this is not a one-time issue. Let me make this very clear for anyone considering this place: even if you schedule an appointment ahead of time and show up on time, there is still a very good chance you will be stuck waiting for a long time. And to make matters worse when you finally are seen, the appointment feels rushed (BIG emphasis on things feeling rushed). If you are coming in for something like a cleaning, do not be surprised if you leave questioning whether it was even done properly because everything feels so hurried. The one good thing I can say however is that the staff themselves were genuinely polite, respectful, and professional throughout my visits. You can tell they are trying their best to make the experience pleasant so I wouldn't point this towards a staff issue. This 100% just feels like they are being overworked and put in a tough position because of poor scheduling decisions. I highly recommend you read the other one-star reviews as I certainly wish I listened to them.
