I had a really great experience, I came in as a walk-in and was impressed by how the front desk handled everything, even though they were clearly busy, they acknowledged me right away and kept me updated throughout my visit. There was a bit of a wait, but I appreciated how transparent and organized the staff were about timing and availability. They genuinely seemed to be doing their best to accommodate everyone, which made the experience feel a lot more positive. The office itself felt welcoming, and the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. It’s not always easy to find a dental office that balances efficiency with good customer service, but they really made the effort here. Overall, I left with a great impression and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a dependable and well-run dental office!
