Rather than simply going along with what I asked for, Dr. Heche took the time to walk me through the risks, explain the science behind it, and make sure I truly understood why it wasn’t in my best interest. Great choice if you want comfortable, secure & hi-fidelity music earplugs, whether you're a musician or not. Dr. Heche is very thorough with ear impressions, and the Sensaphonics molds she had made for me have been rock solid for multi-hour dancing sessions where I also often talk to people - conditions which can impact fit. Her office manager Matthew is also a pleasure to work with.
