I highly recommend TLC, Bay Ridge. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and Frank, my PT, is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and took time to answer questions. The gym area is kept clean and organized, with up to date equipment. My program and home program were regularly updated, unlike other places. You will receive great care here.

What a great experience. I came in limping with my foot in a boot and left telling Frank Russo how his program enabled me to walk/jog the 24th Annual Tunnel To Towers 5K Walk/Run. Frank was thorough, professional and personable. We had some great conversations about a myriad of topics as he helped to heal me. Can’t go wrong going to TLC.
