I had a very good experience with Dr. Ho and his office. Dr. Ho was patient, professional, and extremely thorough during my visit. He carefully reviewed my X-rays, explained everything clearly, and gave me an honest assessment of my dental condition without making me feel pressured. I especially appreciated that he took the time to discuss both the long-term treatment options and what could realistically be managed for now. He was calm, knowledgeable, and respectful of my concerns and budget considerations. The cleaning was gentle, and the staff was kind and professional as well. I left feeling much more informed and less anxious about my situation. I’m grateful for the care and would definitely return for future treatment and follow-up care.
