Dr Janet Gorkin is one of the most compassionate and professional doctors we’ve met. She’s a great listener, asks thorough questions, talks with you NOT at you, and is genuinely concerned about her patient’s well-being. During an emergency situation that required hospitalization of a family member (who is her patient) I called Dr Gorkin’s office to alert her, and she returned my call to reassure us that she would communicate with the attending doctor at the hospital concerning his care and that he is her patient. Dr Gorkin’s Admin/Medical team (especially Carol and Gloria) are friendly and knowledgeable — they answered most questions when we called, and always had a positive attitude. When unable to answer specific questions, they paged Dr Gorkin to contact me directly. We are extremely pleased with our decision to have Dr Gorkin as our family Nephrologist/Kidney Specialist and Trust our health is in great hands! She is the BEST!!! We are Grateful, Jesus & Rose Soto.
