My dad has been patient of doctor Tovbina for 5 years but we switched to another doctor because of her negligence and luck of knowledge in medical field. When my dad went and did bloodwork he was diagnosed with diabetes 2. Test they performed showed that he has had diabetes for at least 3 months. It said all. No comments. Just wish that doctors were more diligent and knowledgeable.

What a an awful office, Inna Tovbina is not professional, all medical staff is rude, twice made an appointment and when I came they never said I had one. They are very mean and disrespectful. Doctor is rolling eyes and doesn’t say hi back. Stay away from this office. They put me to sit next to an open garbage with medical waste.
