I am only giving three stars for the wonderful nurses and receptionists that work here. As for Dr. Gupta, where do I begin with my experience? I will share a short and rather upsetting story: I had my first appointment a few years ago with Dr. Gupta. It was an annual checkup, and in the first room I had shared about mood disorders and other mental health concerns. When sharing concerns over reoccurring symptoms, he rolled his eyes about halfway through the conversation. My mom was with me because I was still a minor at the time, and somewhere in the conversation he goes, (to my mom): “Mom, if I were you, I would throw my child in the river!” And I was appalled. I even asked my mom if this was what I heard. We were both in shock. I still kept going for about a year because I had just changed doctors and as a busy student I did not want to deal with more changes. However, his attitude stayed about the same more or less. Very disregarding, unkind, unprofessional.
