The call for scheduling was perfect… Quick simple and easy. Sent me text messages, reminding me of my appointment and giving me specific instructions prior to arriving. The most pleasant part of the experience was the personnel. Specifically, Miss Nani. She was professional, courteous, and very pleasant. Made the entire experience, very relaxing and comfortable. I had to drive about 50 miles from home to get there, but she made it worth the drive. Customer service is lacking in today’s society. She’s a breath of fresh air. Also, do not look at the reviews from Yelp… They’re old and inaccurate. The staff that they currently have is phenomenal.

I went in for a CT scan. Mia at reception was so helpful as my test was last minute and the team was trying to work through insurance approvals. Techs Jamel and Nani were a great team handling my scan. Both had such friendly, calm and positive energy, and were very professional and competent. Highly recommend for these procedures.
