You literally can't make an appointment by phone. I called several times and it took several days to get a callback which they left a voicemail to the number that I cant reach a person on. My doctors office called and said that they waited five minutes on the phone to be hung up on by this office. It would be nice to actually be able to schedule a needed service.

Would leave 0 if I could . What a mess this company is. Impossible to make appointments by phone. Finally got someone to call me back and they booked my appointment for 7:00 am on a Tuesday. Less than 24 hrs before appt I received a email asking me to confirm. I call the number and wait 10 min only to be told they have no record of my appointment and the location doesn’t open until 9:00 and only takes walk ins. You originally booked my appointment and sent me a email confirmation. Come on Image Care…get your act together! I will go elsewhere with better service.
