I visited today for my CT heart artery calcium scan, and my overall experience was excellent. The office was well organized, and the front desk staff ( Jae ) were especially friendly, accommodating, and helpful from the moment I arrived. I would also like to recognize the CT scan technician, Tomer who was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced in his role. He made the process smooth and comfortable, and I greatly appreciated his care and professionalism. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing cardiac imaging or related heart health services.

I had an appointment for December 24th and was on a wait list for a sooner appointment in case a slot opened up. On November 17th, I received a text message that a slot had opened up for November 20th, do I want it? I accepted. When I came to the reception at Mount Sinai Doctors Brooklyn Heights on November 20th, I was told I didn't have any appointment that day or any other, but that I could schedule a new appointment for January 21st--a month later than my original appointment had been. I asked for the phone number to make a complaint. Speaking to the person who took the complaint, I was told, this is the first time they had ever received a complaint about such an occurrence. I said, "Perhaps no one complained, but I'm sure it happens all the time." There was no apology for my being inconvenienced or concern for another — there was zero client relations—In fact, I’d say their orientation was the antithesis of customer relations. It’s a new world where the adage “Do unto others as thou shalt have others do unto you” is no longer operative. There is something absurd going on. It’s like there are no humans. Even the humans are not humans. I think they let the automated scheduling system do its thing and make no apologies. Imagine how the billing system must be. For instance, let’s say their computer system billed you for a visit you didn’t have. Now imagine the medical treatment in a place where no human shows common sense and all have abdicated responsibility. How will medical errors be dealt with when the computer system rules and the humans are no longer involved? I am interpreting this incident as a protective omen, meaning to stay safe, I better stay away
