I had a wonderful experience at Emerson Family Dental. The entire team is professional, friendly, and truly cares about their patients. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized. The doctors and staff took the time to explain my treatment options, answer all of my questions, and ensure I felt confident throughout the process. Their attention to detail and commitment to patient care is exceptional. I highly recommend Emerson Family Dental to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and trustworthy dental team.

Awful experience. I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I feel strongly about sharing this so no one else has to go through what I did.The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately my experience with the dentist was the complete opposite. I initially went in for a crown, and at first everything seemed great, they matched the color well and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. However, after the crown was placed, I started having issues with my bite affecting my bottom teeth (something I’ve experienced before). When I went back to address the issue, I expected an adjustment to the crown. Instead, their solution was to shave down my bottom teeth. This was presented to me as the only option, which I now deeply regret agreeing to. It caused significant pain and sensitivity that I did not have before. When I returned to explain that I was still in pain, the dentist made it seem like the issue was my fault rather than addressing the problem. It has now been 6 months, and I am still dealing with ongoing pain, despite being told it would go away within 2 weeks. Even more concerning, their proposed solution if the pain continued was to shave my teeth down even more. This experience was not only physically painful but also incredibly frustrating. I felt dismissed, and the dentist seemed more annoyed than willing to properly resolve the issue. I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage anyone considering this office to do thorough research and think carefully before proceeding.
