Staff here is so unprofessional, starting off by the short management guy.. their system was down and they gave the option for people to reschedule or wait for it to come back. Those who decided to wait for hours, were then told their only option was to reschedule, like are you serious? Mind you their system was up and running by 11:30am of before and they didn't have the courtesy offer back the initial appointment. Management short hispanic guy was just shouting with non helpful solutions talking about “he wasn't event suppose to be at work today". Ridiculous the way ya’ll play with peoples time. Being careless and unprofessional is what represents you the most.

My experince today over the phone was terrible. I tried making an appointment but the gentlemen had a nasty attitude for no reason. If that's over the phone imagine in person.
