Excellent logistics. But as far as getting your images, I had stressed the importance of getting them the same day. When I asked for them, they said it would take 2 to 3 days, and, or I can access them in my portal. Alma the manager, helped me create my profile which was very easy, and explained my options. They said the doctor would need to put “STAT” on the script. So keep that in mind if you need them expedited. I would also get a cd upon request. A bit disappointing at the moment but, I actually received them the same day, an hour or two after leaving the facility. It worked out perfectly. The staff are professional, treat you like a person, and not a number which is wonderful for this old schooler. The place is beautiful, clean, very zen, and very organized. My technician was informative, and kind. The wait was not even 10 mins even after filling out a form since I was a new patient. Thank you for being kind. I greatly appreciate the service.
