Very disappointing experience. We’ve lived in this building for 4 years, have always paid our rent on time, but when we experience an issue in our apartment, management does not seem to care or take steps to actually fix it. We haven’t had heat for the duration of a cold weather advisory and our apartment is now below 30 degrees. Management here loves to tell you that your concerns are their priority, however we’re going on day 7 with no heat. We’ve sent countless emails about this, but no action has been taken to permanently resolve the issue.
