Terrible! Have lived here for 3 years already and things are breaking down and deteriorating. The biggest thing at the moment is the building not having any working AC (excuse me as stated some apartments have AC but MOST OF THEM DO NOT). The tenants are left without AC in a heatwave and this is the second heatwave of the season BUT their management office in the building and community room and lobby has perfectly working AC. On top of that, the tenants are being charged monthly for the AC that we cannot even use. The management is "sourcing parts" since the Middle of May 2026 and what's strange is if this is a newly built building why is things breaking down so quickly and the building hasn't been around that long so why so soon does the AC unit need parts sourced. It's currently the AC which is making the apartments hot as hell and on other days it's the elevator breaking down and only one for the whole 16 floors working with thousands of people needing to use it. They have these damn side windows installed (idk what's the new trend or fixation on side windows instead of old school pull up windows but it has to be stopped). The damn windows are so close to the wall that you can barely get a crack of breeze when it's hot outside... You have to wait for the winter when the wind is blowing hard. I just recently seen that this building got a letter C grade ... Smh. Soon to be gone !!!!

Had high hopes when i moved in it would be different from my last living situation. And as it is much cleaner and the elevator isn’t covered in pee. Its a step up but the way they manage the units is ridiculous. First u cant walk into the office in the building without having to wait for them to want to talk to u the resident at the residents office. Also my AC during the summer was out for a whole month. To no discount to my rent by the way, And now summer is “over” but its hot ever other day and its unbearably hot in my apt some days. Theyve switch the cooling systems to heating im guessing is cheaper for then then cooling. i could try going to the office to speak with them to see if i could have cold air for a longer period then there window as i run hot but it seems as if they have no actual interest in actually having ppl happy in the building. As long as by appearance it is up to par so they can receive watever tax break they do for the low income housing status. Again building looks great but i think they need to actually listen to ppl and not just brush them off in the building office when they come with concerns. It just seems like ur bothering them when u go into the office. Anyways with that being said. Staff is nice outside the building offices. Im grateful, for my apt but i just wish it didnt feel like i should be appreciative of living in a building with this economy for so cheap. Like i dont deserve anything but me being grateful, and i should take wat i get and i should have no say in how id like to live aslong as my rent is “cheap”.
