O star's big mistake to sign up with this company. They have become a constant harassment. I canceled their services! 2 to 3 emails every day why.. then when I canceled everything they're still sending me emails and they charged my credit card when I was confirmed to be covered 100%. There is no phone number to speak to anyone... It does not help to sign into the portal... Absolutely nobody to talk to about it! I did a grievance with my health insurance! I've notified my bank! An unbelievably these people still continue to send me, must be automatic generator emails. I would not suggest anyone to do business with Headway. Extremely unprofessional, fraudulent activity, and harassing!
