The staff here is extremely rude and unprofessional. The patient coordinators have very little knowledge about the program or the process, making it very unorganized. I would advise anyone to NOT go here for bariatric surgery. Having a supportive, knowledgeable administrative staff is crucial, and when that’s lacking, things can easily get lost in translation. The front desk staff, who answer the phone, seem to know nothing about the surgery, the process, or even the insurance reequirements. Avoid this place if you can.

Staff is nice. My surgeon, Dr Guzman wants to make sure to answer your questions, doesn’t want you to leave without having any doubt or question. Thanks to Gio for advising me on what surgery to have, and for setting me with an awesome surgeon. They see both great!
