Unfortunately, while things seemed to be going well with Ryan as my NP, he seemed very informative and was receptive to my issues and my questions, he neglected to show up to my last virtual appointment, and neither he nor his admin team have responded or followed up to any of my attempts to reach out since. As such, it is nearly a month since that appointment, and I've had to seek out alternative psychiatric care just to remain on my medication.

Ryan Rifkin was attentive and helpful, offering options and supporting me in choosing what fit my needs and priorities. The ability to use telepsychiatry is really helpful for future appointments.
