We arrived on time and put our name on the sign in book , but no one checked it and we wasted 20 minutes waiting. When I asked the woman at the front desk , she told me that I should have told her verbally that I was here. I wonder, what did they have the sign in book for? Just to confuse us?

For a over 2 years, therapy has helped me immensely otherwise I’d still be miserable in my life. The only downside to this is that this place is understaffed so it’ll take a while in about more than a month for clients to get new therapists.
