5/18/26 My visit to Oakland Gardens Eye Care was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The office is modern, spotless, and very welcoming, but what truly stood out was the incredible family atmosphere. This brother-and-sister duo works so well together and truly makes patients feel cared for the moment you walk in. As someone who calls myself and my own brother “the Wonder Twins” — and we’re 6 years apart — I could instantly recognize that same close bond between them. The way Dr. Nerry spoke about his sister with so much respect and warmth was honestly beautiful to see. You can tell they genuinely enjoy working together and have built this practice with love and dedication. Dr. Nerry is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything about your eye health in true layman’s terms so you fully understand what’s going on with both the inside and outside of your eyes. He makes the entire experience comfortable and stress-free with his energetic personality, humor, and professionalism. Not to mention — yes, I’ll say it — he’s handsome too! 😊 Polite, funny, patient, and genuinely caring. You can tell this family practice is built on trust, kindness, and real passion for patient care.
